Pumpkin delivery is the easy part. Full service means the materials, design decisions, lifting, placement, and communication are handled for you. Season-end pickup is an optional add-on.
Before installation
You choose a starting package and preferred installation window, then send the basic address and porch details. Photos are optional for a standard package. If you ask for a recommendation or the entry needs a closer fit review, Mother Pam will ask for one to three current porch photos before opening checkout.
On installation day
The team delivers the full material mix and builds the composition around the architecture of the entry. You do not need to be home as long as access is clear and the details have been confirmed.
After the porch is finished
You receive a completion update. If an item appears damaged or visibly compromised at installation, send a photo within 48 hours for review. If you add season-end pickup, materials supplied by Mother Pam are collected from the agreed display area on a scheduled route after the season.
