When to book your Cincinnati fall porch installation
Plan your fall porch installation around gatherings and Halloween. Understand installation windows, date confirmation and the care your display will need.
Start with the part of fall you want your porch ready for. An early gathering, a house full of October guests, or Halloween will give you a more useful answer than the first pumpkin you see at the grocery store.
Mother Pam’s Fall 2026 installations run through October 30, and booking closes Friday, October 23. Check the fall packages for the windows still open, then choose the timing that suits your plans.
Which part of fall are you planning for?
Early Fall Preview: installations through October 3.
Choose this if you’re ready to decorate in late September or early October.
Prime Fall: October 5–17.
Choose this for an installation in early to mid October, as fall gatherings get underway.
Halloween Ready: October 19–30.
Choose this if you want the display installed closer to Halloween. The window itself does not reserve a particular day.
These are the Fall 2026 windows. Booking closes Friday, October 23, and installations run through October 30.
You can book before you want the pumpkins.
You can book now for installation later in the season. Mother Pam looks over your address, porch details and window, then confirms your installation date.
To book, choose your package, extras, optional pickup and the window you’d like. You’ll see the total and both payments before you pay, and your first payment books your porch.
We’ll confirm your installation date.
The window you choose is a range of dates. If you need the porch ready for a specific date or cannot give us access on certain days, email hello@motherpamsporches.com before booking so we can check the date and access needs with you.
Once your installation date is confirmed, we tell you the remaining balance and charge date. With your separate authorization, the balance is charged once, 72 hours before your installation. If we cannot fulfill the order, everything you paid is refunded.
Plan the display. Plan a little care, too.
Natural pumpkins and plants change outdoors. An installation window does not guarantee that every piece will look unchanged until Halloween or another event. Consider when you want the display installed and how you will monitor it afterward.
Check the plants, keep watering off the pumpkins, and watch for deterioration. The care guide explains the details, including when to safely remove a piece or ask for help.
Make a little room for Mother.
Before installation, clear the agreed area and tell us about gates, pets, delicate surfaces, door swing, and decorations that should stay. You do not need to be home when access is arranged.
If weather or unsafe conditions change the plans, we’ll contact you about a reasonable alternative date under the customer terms.
