Reservation requests

A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed installation. Package fit, price, pickup choice, add-ons, address, route, any applicable travel charge, access, and installation window must be confirmed in writing before payment. No card is collected with the form.

Booking retainers

Approved requests receive a package-specific retainer link. The Statement requires a $150 retainer, The Envy requires a $225 retainer, The Estate requires a $325 retainer. The retainer is credited to the confirmed total. Customer cancellation terms are shown before payment.

Package composition and substitutions

The public quantity is the total number of pumpkin and gourd pieces, including anchors, pie-size pieces, minis, and ornamental gourds. Not every piece is carving-size. Exact varieties and colors may change with harvest quality while preserving the approved scale, quality, and visual character.

Structural styling and safe fit

Straw-bale language is a typical upper limit, not a guaranteed bale count. Door swing, stairs, handrails, walking clearance, wind, and the architecture control final placement. If The Estate cannot fit safely at the main entry, an approved second area or a resized package is required before confirmation.

Weather and schedule

Unsafe weather may move an installation within the selected window. The team communicates material schedule changes. Natural-material availability may require comparable substitutions.

Seven-day freshness support

One claim per installation. A claim must be submitted within seven calendar days of installation with photos and is limited to qualifying premature natural deterioration. Eligible replacements are capped at 2 pieces for The Statement, 3 pieces for The Envy, 4 pieces for The Estate. Approved replacements are scheduled on the next reasonable replacement route, not as an immediate dedicated trip. Comparable substitutions may be used when the original variety is unavailable.

Freshness support excludes carving, moving or rearranging the display, theft, wildlife, pets, irrigation or direct watering, impact, vandalism, neglect, severe weather.

Natural materials and surface risk

Pumpkins, gourds, straw, and botanicals are natural materials that can release moisture or leave marks on concrete, wood, paint, stone, and other surfaces. Mother Pam uses reasonable placement practices but cannot guarantee zero staining or surface change. Customers should disclose delicate or recently finished surfaces before installation.

Access and customer responsibility

The customer must provide safe, clear access and disclose gate, alarm, pet, parking, irrigation, delicate-surface, or property restrictions. Carving, moving, or rearranging the display makes affected pieces ineligible for freshness support.

Optional season-end pickup

Pickup is not included in the base installation price. The Statement pickup is $125, The Envy pickup is $175, The Estate pickup is $225. The service covers scheduled route-based pickup of materials supplied by Mother Pam from the agreed display area. Customer-added décor is excluded.

Photography and privacy

Photography permission is optional and separate from service approval. No address or identifying location is published without explicit permission.
