Get help using the website
We want people with disabilities to be able to learn about our services, compare packages, ask for help, and book a porch. If any part of the website or payment process prevents you from doing that, email hello@motherpamsporches.com. Tell us which page or action is difficult and the best way to respond. Browser or assistive-technology details can help, but are optional.
We will work with you to provide the information or assistance in an accessible way. Do not email card numbers or bank credentials. If payment assistance is needed, we will arrange an appropriate secure payment path.
Our accessibility approach
We use labeled form controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical improvement target and review the experience as the site changes. This statement is not a claim of independent certification or that every page and third-party tool is free of accessibility barriers.
You can report a problem with an external payment or email tool through the same contact address. We will help with the immediate service need and raise the issue with the relevant provider where appropriate.
