The website and your order

This website is operated by NIK & KY VENTURES, LLC d/b/a Mother Pam’s Porches, a Cincinnati-area seasonal porch service. These website terms explain use of our site and materials. Prices, payments, cancellations, refunds, installation, and pickup are governed by the separate Fall 2026 customer terms presented at checkout and the order you accept.

Browsing the site, joining the Porch List, or sending a free porch-help request does not create a paid booking. A booking is confirmed only after the first payment succeeds. A preferred installation window is not an exact appointment. The accepted customer terms govern if a general website statement conflicts with your order.

Using the site responsibly

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share and arrange service only for a property where you have authority to do so. Do not submit someone else’s private information or photographs without permission. Keep private checkout and prefill links private because they can give access to your saved details.

Do not attempt to access another customer’s information, interfere with the site or payment system, bypass security controls, submit malicious files, or use the forms for spam or unlawful activity. We may restrict misuse while preserving any rights relating to an existing order.

Site content and design concepts

The Mother Pam name, branding, writing, photographs, and designs on this site belong to us or their respective rights holders, subject to applicable law. You may view the site, share links, and keep copies needed to consider or document your own service. Other reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission unless the law allows it. We do not claim exclusive rights in material that cannot legally receive them.

Images labeled as design concepts may be AI-generated and do not show completed customer installations. Concepts communicate a design direction. Harvest availability, natural variation, the chosen package, property conditions, and safe placement affect the final result. Customer photography requires separate publication permission.

To report a content-rights concern, email hello@motherpamsporches.com with the page address, the material involved, and the basis for your concern. Do not include unnecessary private information.

External tools and links

The site uses providers such as Stripe for payment and links to third-party resources. Their tools and websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for the Mother Pam service we agree to provide. Never send payment credentials through our general forms or email.

Questions, changes, and your rights

Contact hello@motherpamsporches.com for help with a site error or question. We may update site content and these website terms, showing the effective date on this page. An update does not retroactively replace the version of customer terms accepted for your order.

Nothing on this page waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, excuses our failure to use reasonable care, requires arbitration, or changes the cancellation and refund rights in your accepted customer terms. Privacy choices and requests are explained in the Privacy Policy.
