Your privacy choices

Necessary storage keeps checkout, security and your privacy choices working. Google Analytics, Meta advertising and Microsoft Clarity recordings are on by default. You can turn off any of them with Your privacy choices at the bottom of any page or the button below. Recognized website activity stays off unless you turn it on. Opting out does not affect booking.

Your choices are saved in this browser for up to 395 days and do not apply to your other browsers or devices. After that we ask again, and the default applies until you choose. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics, advertising and recordings. We do not treat the older Do Not Track setting as an opt-out; browsers have largely replaced it with Global Privacy Control. If your browser blocks site storage, we cannot save a choice, so analytics, advertising and recordings stay off in that browser. Turning advertising off also sets the cookie our checkout reads, so a browser that blocks cookies as well should email hello@motherpamsporches.com to be sure a booking is not reported.

Porch List invitation preference

We save a preference in this browser to stop repeating the Porch List invitation: 30 days after you dismiss it or follow its link, and 180 days after a received signup request or a visit to the confirmation page. This preference contains only an expiry time, not your email address. It does not confirm a subscription or give permission for marketing. Clearing site storage removes the preference; it does not apply to other browsers or devices.

Necessary storage

Checkout uses short-lived, secure session cookies and expiring private links so you can review your quote, return to a payment attempt, and avoid duplicate orders. Stripe and our security providers may use cookies or device signals to provide payment and fraud protection. Opting out does not switch those necessary functions off. Our host’s page-visit count (Vercel Web Analytics) uses no cookies or cross-site identifiers, so it is not an optional cookie choice; the Privacy policy describes what it records and how a Global Privacy Control signal stops it.

We store your privacy choices in your browser for up to 395 days. When you turn advertising off, we also set a first-party cookie, mother_pam_ad_opt_out, so our checkout does not prepare a booking report for Meta. We may retain a limited analytics identifier and a pending withdrawal request in browser storage so a later opt-out can be applied to eligible booking analytics. A successful withdrawal clears those local identifiers; a failed request is retried and displayed so you can ask for help. Our server keeps a hashed suppression record to prevent future reporting under a withdrawn identifier.

We keep the campaign or ad link that brought you to the site, such as which of our ads you tapped, in this browser for up to seven days and with any request or order you place. This label stays in our own records, including if you opt out, and it is sent to Google Analytics only while analytics is on. While advertising is on, the page address carries those campaign values, so Meta receives them with the page views described below; opting out of advertising stops that.

Browser storage for an active checkout is separate from retention of the order. Expiring a cookie does not delete contracts, payments, or tax records. See the Privacy Policy for record retention and deletion requests.

Google Analytics

Unless you opt out, Google Analytics measures visits and selected actions, including checkout steps and eligible booking and refund events. Its first-party cookies include _ga and _ga_ followed by our measurement identifier. We configure their lifetime to 180 days; activity can refresh that lifetime. Google also processes technical information when its script is used.

The Privacy Policy describes the event information shared. Google advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our tag configuration. We do not treat a cookie identifier as anonymous merely because it does not contain a name. Booking analytics checks our withdrawal record before sending; an order without analytics permission remains in our business records without being sent through that reporting path.

Meta advertising

Unless you opt out, the Meta Pixel runs on eligible public pages to measure visits, package views, checkout starts, successful porch-help requests and Porch List signups for our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may set _fbp and, following an ad click, _fbc. When you arrive from one of our Meta ads, our site may also set _fbc itself, in Meta’s format, so the ad click is kept for up to 90 days. Meta controls these cookies’ lifetimes and may refresh them with activity; its Cookie Policy describes their current behavior. Meta may also use its own cookies if you are logged into its services.

The Meta Pixel is excluded from checkout and private payment or account links, and it does not send contact details, service addresses, photos, or payment information. Our setup switches off Meta’s automatic event collection and automatic advanced matching, so the pixel sends only the measurements listed above.

Booking reports to Meta

When you book, unless you have opted out of advertising or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we may send Meta one booking report after your first payment is verified. It includes an order reference, payment time, currency and booked value before tax; your email address, phone number, first and last name, city, state, ZIP code and country in hashed form (converted to a one-way code before sending); a hashed customer reference; Meta’s _fbp and _fbc cookies when present; and your browser’s user-agent. It does not include your street address, porch photos, card details, private links or IP address.

We keep the browser cookies and user-agent for up to seven days, then remove them, or sooner when the report is sent or your opt-out reaches our server. Limited delivery records stay for 180 days to prevent duplicate reports. Orders placed before September 17, 2026 are not reported this way. Google Ads booking measurement is off. Optional recordings and heatmaps: Microsoft Clarity

Unless you opt out, Clarity measures clicks, scrolling and page use on eligible public pages. Page text is masked; forms, checkout, private links and raw ad-click identifiers are excluded from recordings. Microsoft receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. We do not use Clarity to identify customers or enable its advertising storage.

Clarity may set the first-party _clck cookie to recognize the browser and _clsk to connect page views within a session. Clarity controls these cookie lifetimes and may refresh them with activity. Turning Clarity off stops recording and removes these cookies where accessible to this website. Microsoft describes its processing and retention in its privacy statement.

Optional recognized website activity

This separate choice starts off. If you select it, we set the first-party cookie __Host-mp_activity for 30 days, and a successful request or checkout can associate this browser with your customer record for that time. We record allowed public page paths, payment-form readiness, payment-button clicks and broad error categories. A browser observation does not prove who used the device or that payment succeeded.

We do not collect page queries, private-link tokens, card details or form contents through this activity collector. We may show the observations as website activity in HighLevel and our private dashboard to help review your request. This does not subscribe you to messages. Turning it off stops new activity and requests server withdrawal; clearing browser storage alone may not remove previously saved server records. Change or withdraw a choice

Open Your privacy choices at the bottom of any page or use the button below. Opting out stops future optional browser tracking and removes analytics and advertising cookies accessible to this website. It also requests withdrawal for booking-analytics identifiers and booking-report references saved in this browser. If that request fails, we show a message and retry it; you can email hello@motherpamsporches.com for help.

A choice on one browser does not automatically apply to your other devices. Information a provider has already received is not recalled by deleting a cookie. For an existing order, another device, or deletion of information already collected, contact us. You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies; blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.
