Who handles your information

Mother Pam’s Porches is a registered trade name of NIK & KY VENTURES, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information from our website, porch-help requests, bookings, Porch List, customer communications, and requested design concepts.

You can contact us at hello@motherpamsporches.com or write to NIK & KY VENTURES, LLC d/b/a Mother Pam’s Porches, 2511 Essex Pl, Suite 272, Cincinnati, OH 45206. This is a mailing contact, not a public showroom or walk-in appointment location.

Information we collect

When you ask for help or book, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, service address, package and extra selections, preferred installation window, access instructions, and messages. We also keep the quote, order, payment status, scheduling history, and terms and payment authorization you accepted. A quote can be saved before you complete payment.

If you send photos, we receive the photo and any information visible in it. Email attachments may contain location or other file metadata. Please avoid including people, license plates, security codes, or documents that are not needed to discuss your porch. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, government identification, or passwords by email or in a form.

Stripe collects payment details through its payment interface. Our website does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. We receive payment and tax records and references to the Stripe customer and authorized saved payment method. Stripe may collect billing, device, and transaction information for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request timing, and security signals. We retain hashed request evidence with checkout permissions. We may keep a bounded referring-site or campaign source with an inquiry or order. Optional analytics and advertising collect additional information only as described below.

How we use it

We use your information to answer questions, recommend an appropriate package, create requested concepts, calculate tax, process and reconcile payments, arrange delivery and pickup, communicate about your service, resolve problems, and maintain necessary business records. We also use information to protect the website and prevent misuse or duplicate transactions.

The Porch List is optional marketing email about Mother Pam’s services, availability, and seasonal content. It uses a confirmation email before marketing enrollment. A porch-help request, booking, phone number, or photography permission does not by itself subscribe you to marketing or authorize marketing texts. Service communications are separate from marketing subscriptions.

Who receives information

We share the information needed for the relevant work with the people helping us provide your service and our technology providers. These include Vercel for hosting, private storage, and security; HighLevel for customer records, scheduling, and Porch List email; Google Workspace and Resend for communications; and Stripe for payments, saved payment methods, tax calculations, and fraud prevention. An installation helper receives only the service details needed for their work.

Google Analytics and Meta receive optional measurement information when you allow the corresponding cookies. An image-generation provider may receive a house photo when you request an AI-assisted concept, as explained below. These providers also describe their own processing in their privacy policies, linked at the end of this page. Following an external link takes you to that provider’s site and policies.

We do not sell your contact details, service address, or porch photos. Optional Meta advertising can involve disclosure of browser identifiers and activity for advertising, which some privacy laws call sharing for targeted advertising. You can keep it off without affecting your service.

We may disclose necessary information to comply with a valid legal obligation, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or obtain professional accounting, insurance, or legal assistance. We do not use those purposes as permission to publish your porch or enroll you in marketing.

Porch photos and AI concepts

Sending a porch photo lets us review your space for the service you requested. It does not give us permission to publish it in our portfolio, social media, or advertising. We ask separately before using customer photography publicly, and we do not publish an address or identifying location without explicit permission.

If you request an AI-assisted porch design concept, we may provide the selected house photo to an image-generation tool such as OpenAI to create that concept. We keep the request and output with your design job and use them to plan and discuss your display. We ask before using your photo for AI generation if your request did not clearly include that use. You can request ordinary porch help without requesting an AI concept.

We provide only the image and design context needed for generation, rather than your contact details, payment information, or access codes. The provider’s own retention and processing terms apply to its systems; we do not promise that a provider retains nothing. Generated concepts are labeled and are not photographs of completed installations. Exact materials and placement remain subject to the customer terms.

Analytics, advertising, and browser choices

Necessary storage supports checkout sessions, security, and your privacy choices. Optional Google Analytics and Meta scripts stay off until you allow their category in Cookie choices. You may reject both, allow either separately, or change your choice later. We do not treat an old advertising-only choice as permission for analytics.

When allowed, Google Analytics measures page views, package interest, form activity, and eligible paid bookings. It receives browser and cookie identifiers, bounded page and campaign information, and, for eligible orders, a pseudonymous order reference, package identifiers, value, tax, and verified refund adjustments. These identifiers can be linked to an order by us. Our event code excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, ZIP codes, photos, full card numbers, and bank details.

When allowed, Meta measures visits, package views, and successful porch-help requests to support Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta receives browser and cookie identifiers, eligible page and referring-site information, campaign information, and network information such as your IP address, and may associate activity with your Meta account. Our Meta event code does not send contact details, service addresses, photos, or payment information. Meta tracking is excluded from checkout and private payment or account links.

A browser’s Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps optional tracking off. Cookie choices apply to this browser, not automatically to another device. Withdrawing a choice stops future optional browser tracking and removes our accessible analytics or advertising cookies. For eligible booking analytics, we also request withdrawal for identifiers available in this browser and show an error if that request cannot be confirmed. It cannot recall information already received by a provider. Contact us about access, deletion, or withdrawal relating to an existing order or information already collected. The Cookie Policy explains storage and controls in more detail.

How long we keep information

Routine Fall 2026 inquiry records and porch photos are scheduled for deletion after January 31, 2027. This includes our private intake storage and a review of email, customer-management, and customer-design files. We retain a limited exception when needed for an active service matter, legal or accounting obligation, dispute, or separate photography permission. We review those exceptions and keep only what the purpose requires.

A checkout link or quote can expire before its underlying business record is deleted. We review abandoned checkout records with the seasonal cleanup and remove personal details that are no longer needed. Completed orders, accepted terms, receipts, and tax records have a different purpose from inquiry photos. Required Ohio sales-tax records are retained for at least four years, and longer when a legal hold or another applicable obligation requires it.

Porch List contact details are used while your subscription remains active. Unsubscribing stops marketing but does not necessarily erase your contact record. We retain limited unsubscribe, suppression, and consent evidence to honor your choice and document permission. A contact may also have separate service or financial records. We review inactive and unconfirmed subscriptions and remove unnecessary information.

Saved payment methods are held by Stripe for the authorized payment arrangement. Contact us if you want to withdraw permission for a future charge or ask about removing a saved method. Removing a payment method does not erase receipts or tax records, settle an unpaid balance, or by itself cancel an order. Provider security logs, backups, and legally required records may follow separate retention schedules and are restricted from ordinary reuse where applicable.

Access, correction, deletion, and unsubscribe

Email hello@motherpamsporches.com to request access to or correction of your information, deletion, a copy where applicable, or help withdrawing an optional permission. Tell us the email address used and what you need. We may verify identity and authority before releasing or changing private records. Do not send an identity document unless we explain why it is necessary and provide a suitable way to share it.

We will review the request, apply the rights and deadlines required by the law that covers you, and explain any information we must retain or action we cannot take. You may use an authorized representative where the law permits. We do not penalize you for making a privacy request or declining optional tracking or marketing.

Use the unsubscribe link in a Porch List email or email us to stop marketing. You do not need to create an account or pay a fee. We honor marketing opt-outs within the applicable deadline, including no later than ten business days for commercial email. Necessary messages about an existing request, payment, installation, cancellation, or refund may continue.

Security and processing location

We use access restrictions, private storage, and hosted payment tools to protect information. No website, email service, or storage system can promise absolute security. Please report a suspected privacy or security problem to hello@motherpamsporches.com without including passwords or payment credentials.

Mother Pam provides a local Ohio service. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, whose privacy laws may differ from yours. We apply any additional protections or rights required by applicable law. A link to a provider’s policy does not replace our responsibilities for the information we control.

Children’s information

The website and booking service are intended for adults arranging a property service, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We post changes here with a new effective date. For a material change affecting information already collected, we provide a prominent website notice or contact affected people when appropriate, and obtain additional permission where required. A policy update does not silently change the service terms you already accepted or expand an existing photography or marketing permission.
