Do I need to be home for installation?+
No. Once access and porch details are confirmed, Mother Pam's team can complete the installation while you are out. You will receive an update when it is finished.
Is my reservation request a confirmed booking?+
Not yet. A real person reviews your ZIP code, porch photos, preferred window, and package fit first. If the porch is a fit, you receive a package confirmation and retainer link.
What happens if it rains?+
Light weather is usually manageable. Heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions may move your installation within the same window. Mother Pam will communicate any schedule change directly.
What does the total piece count include?+
The total includes orange anchors, white and cream pumpkins, specialty and heirloom varieties, pie-size pieces, minis, and ornamental gourds. Exact varieties and colors may change with harvest quality while preserving the package's scale and visual character.
Are all the pumpkins carving-size?+
No. The public count is the total number of pumpkin and gourd pieces, including pie-size pieces, minis, and ornamental gourds. The Estate recipe also includes two ordinary large carving-grade anchors, not prize pumpkins.
What comes with each base package outside the pumpkins and gourds?+
Every base package includes design, delivery, installation, bounded seven-day freshness support, structural styling sized to the property, and seasonal botanicals. The Statement includes 1 botanical, The Envy includes 2 botanicals, The Estate includes 3 botanicals.
Are straw bales guaranteed?+
No. Structural styling is sized to the porch and may use up to one, two, or three low-shed straw-bale layers depending on the package. Door swing, stairs, handrails, walking clearance, wind, and the architecture control final placement. If The Estate cannot fit safely at the main entry, Mother Pam will require an approved second area or resize the package before confirmation.
Is season-end pickup included?+
No. Pickup is optional and priced separately so customers can choose it without hiding the cost inside the installation price.
What does pickup cost and what does it cover?+
Season-end pickup is $125 for The Statement, $175 for The Envy, $225 for The Estate. It covers scheduled route-based pickup of materials supplied by Mother Pam from the agreed display area. Customer-added décor is not included.
What does seven-day freshness support cover?+
One photo-supported claim may be submitted within seven calendar days of installation for premature natural deterioration. Eligible replacements are capped at 2 pieces for The Statement, 3 pieces for The Envy, 4 pieces for The Estate, and are scheduled on the next reasonable replacement route. Comparable substitutions may be used.
What is excluded from freshness support?+
Carving, moving or rearranging the display, theft, wildlife, pets, irrigation or direct watering, impact, vandalism, neglect, and severe weather are excluded.
Can natural materials stain or affect porch surfaces?+
Pumpkins, gourds, straw, and botanicals are natural materials that can release moisture or leave marks on concrete, wood, paint, stone, and other surfaces. Mother Pam uses reasonable placement practices but cannot guarantee zero staining or surface change. Customers should disclose delicate or recently finished surfaces before installation.
Can I carve or move the display?+
You may, but carved, moved, or rearranged pieces are not eligible for freshness support. Moving the display can also change clearances and surface contact, so Mother Pam recommends leaving the installed composition in place.
What substitutions may occur?+
Exact varieties, colors, and replacement pieces may change with harvest quality and supplier availability. Mother Pam uses comparable substitutions that preserve the approved package's scale, quality, and visual character.
Which add-ons are available?+
The Fall 2026 menu includes $75 Cornstalk Framing, $95 Botanical Pair, $149 Small Second-Space Accent, $349 Full Second-Space Vignette, True Oversized Showpiece, quoted by weight and availability. Fixed-price add-ons require a base package and the same installation visit.
Can I request a color palette?+
Yes. Share preferences for classic orange, pale neutrals, mixed heirlooms, or colors to avoid. Mother Pam adapts the palette to your home while keeping final composition decisions within her standards.
Where does Mother Pam install?+
The core Fall 2026 route includes Hyde Park, Mount Lookout, Kenwood, and Indian Hill. Every address is confirmed before payment because neighborhood and ZIP boundaries do not align perfectly.
How are Mason and Liberty Township scheduled?+
Mason and Liberty Township are served on selected northern route dates. Liberty Township does not have one dedicated ZIP, and its commonly used ZIPs extend beyond the township, so Mother Pam confirms the exact address and any applicable travel charge before requesting payment.
