No. Once access and porch details are confirmed, Mother Pam's team can complete the installation while you are out. You will receive an update when it is finished.

No. A request for help is separate from a paid booking. Where online booking is available, standard packages can be purchased without a photo review. Your preferred window is reserved after checkout confirms availability and the first payment succeeds. Mother Pam confirms the exact date separately based on route scheduling.

No. Photos are optional for a standard package. If you want help choosing or a porch concept, one to three current photos help us recommend a fit. Custom work or a space that needs additional safety review may need more information, but photos are not a universal checkout requirement.

Light weather is usually manageable. Heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions may move your installation within the same window. Mother Pam will communicate any schedule change directly.

The total includes orange anchors, white and cream pumpkins, specialty and heirloom varieties, pie-size pieces, minis, and ornamental gourds. Exact varieties and colors may change with harvest quality while preserving the package's scale and visual character.

No. The public count is the total number of pumpkin and gourd pieces, including pie-size pieces, minis, and ornamental gourds. The Estate recipe also includes two ordinary large carving-grade anchors, not prize pumpkins.

Every base package includes design, delivery, installation, natural materials selected and inspected for display quality, structural styling sized to the property, and seasonal botanicals. The Statement includes 1 botanical, The Envy includes 2 botanicals, The Estate includes 3 botanicals.

No. Structural styling is sized to the porch and may use up to one, two, or three low-shed straw-bale layers depending on the package. Door swing, stairs, handrails, walking clearance, wind, and the architecture control final placement. If The Estate cannot fit safely at the main entry, Mother Pam will require an approved second area or resize the package before confirmation.

No. Pickup is optional and priced separately so customers can choose it without hiding the cost inside the package price.

Season-end pickup is $150 for The Statement, $175 for The Envy, $225 for The Estate. Your package materials belong to you; they are not rentals. Pickup covers scheduled removal and disposal of Mother Pam-supplied seasonal materials from the agreed display area. Customer-added décor is not included.

Mother Pam selects firm, display-quality materials and installs them with care. Please contact us if something appears damaged at installation, you think pieces may be missing, the finished display does not seem to match the package you ordered, or you think the installation may have damaged your property. If possible, email photos within 48 hours so we can review what happened. Contacting us does not mean the cause has already been decided. We will review the order, photos, installation details, and relevant conditions. If that review reasonably shows that the concern came from materials Mother Pam supplied or work Mother Pam performed, we will offer an appropriate solution. Depending on the issue, that may be adjusting the display, replacing comparable affected materials, or refunding the affected part of the order. You may still contact us if you discover a concern later. The 48-hour request does not take away any rights you have under the law.

Natural materials can release moisture or leave marks on concrete, wood, paint, stone, and other surfaces. Please tell us about delicate or recently finished surfaces before installation. Mother Pam uses reasonable care when placing the display, but we cannot promise that natural materials will leave every surface unchanged. Mother Pam remains responsible for direct property damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care. This section does not take away any rights you have under the law.

The purchased materials are yours. Carving or rearranging them can change their lifespan, clearances, stability, and surface contact. You do not need approval to safely remove deteriorating pieces, and should not wait for pickup. Safe removal does not, by itself, prevent a quality review. Contact us for help with anything heavy or unstable.

Pumpkins, gourds, and botanicals are perishable. Their appearance and lifespan vary with their condition, weather, and wildlife. We do not guarantee a particular lifespan, squirrel protection, or season-long replacement. If you can do so safely, promptly remove anything that is leaking, moldy, collapsing, or significantly soft. You do not need Mother Pam’s permission and should not wait for scheduled pickup. Do not move anything heavy or disturb an unstable grouping yourself; keep people and pets clear and contact us for help. Routine monitoring, watering, and refresh visits are not included.

Exact varieties, colors, and individual materials may change with harvest quality and supplier availability. Mother Pam uses comparable substitutions that preserve the approved package's scale, quality, and visual character.

The Fall 2026 menu includes $75 Cornstalk Framing, $95 Botanical Pair, $149 Small Second-Space Accent, $349 Full Second-Space Vignette, True Oversized Showpiece, quoted by weight and availability. Fixed-price add-ons require a base package and the same installation visit.

Yes. Share preferences for classic orange, pale neutrals, mixed heirlooms, or colors to avoid. Mother Pam adapts the palette to your home while keeping final composition decisions within her standards.

The Fall 2026 service area includes Hyde Park, Mount Lookout, Kenwood, Indian Hill, Mason, and Liberty Township. Every booking is reviewed for route and fit because neighborhood, township, and ZIP boundaries do not align perfectly. If Mother Pam cannot fulfill the order, it is canceled and fully refunded.

You can still book or send your porch for help. Mother Pam considers nearby addresses individually and will refund a booking in full if the route cannot serve it.
