Christmas installation reservation terms

Who you are paying

What your $150 does

Your $150 reserves the installation week you choose for a Christmas decorating project at the address you give us. It is not the price of a package, and it is not a separate charge for planning or advice. Talking through your project and looking at any photos you send are part of planning it.

We’ll send you the Christmas package options and prices before you choose. You don’t have to buy a package.

Your installation week

The week you choose is the week we plan to install. We’ll contact you to set the exact day.

We hold your week while your reservation is active: until you approve an order or ask for a refund.

If we can’t install during your reserved week, we’ll tell you as soon as we know. You can move to another open week or ask for a full refund of your $150.

Choosing your package

When the Christmas menu is ready, we’ll email you a personal link to choose your package. Your approval page shows the package, everything included, the total with any applicable tax, the amounts due and their timing, and the cancellation terms before you agree.

If your entrance needs a larger package than the one you want, we’ll tell you before you approve. If you’d rather not go ahead, we’ll refund your $150.

How your $150 counts

If you approve an order, your $150 counts toward the first 50% of the order total, including tax. It is a payment you have already made, not a discount. You’ll pay only the amount needed to reach that first 50%.

There is no sales tax on the reservation itself, because no package has been chosen. Sales tax is calculated on your order when you approve it.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of your $150 any time before you approve an order. Reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@motherpamsporches.com. We’ll refund it to the card you paid with and confirm the refund in writing.

Once you approve an order, your $150 becomes part of that order’s payments, and that order’s cancellation terms apply.

These terms do not take away any longer cancellation right you may have under the law.

Card permission

I authorize NIK & KY VENTURES, LLC d/b/a MOTHER PAM’S PORCHES to save the card I use today securely with Stripe. It may be used only after I approve a priced Christmas order, and only for the amounts and timing shown when I approve. If I don’t approve an order, it won’t be charged again. It will not be used for anything else without my permission.
